we had a pleasant stay at sgrt residency. hassle-free check-in and check-out, with neat rooms and all necessary amenities provided. the staff was attentive, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty with traditional south indian dishes. overall, a great experience with excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

This place is clean, has really good and polite staff, and is located in a comfortable and peaceful residential area.

Everything was good, comfortable location near a vegetarian restaurant on the main road, the market, and bus stand, courteous stuff. I had brand-new, reasonably large room complete with clean restroom value and extra matress, for example.

Surrounded by a whirlwind of chaos, the standout warmth of a helpful staff member shone like a beacon, guiding me through the tumultuous sea of needs and wants. Loved the customer, oriented staff; they were super helpful and arranged free rides sometimes. Hassle, free check, in and check, out with full, time security for the outside parking. Room was tidy with all necessities, even tamil TV channels! Bummer was the bathroom rubber mat not absorbing water properly, making it a bit annoying to walk around. a great stay with excellent service and yummy complimentary breakfast! 🌟.

I indulged in a delightful vegetarian breakfast every morning. the nearest airport felt like a short hop away with the convenient paid shuttle service. Kanipakam's 40km distance gave me the perfect excuse for a scenic road trip.

I had a nice experience staying at this peaceful hotel for 1 night. The rooms were neat and well-maintained, with an extra mattress and balcony, which I really liked. The location was very comfortable, and it was only about a 15-minute drive to Jalagamparai Falls.

During Christmas, enjoyed a good breakfast package with traditional tea stalls nearby. Located in a calm residential area, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. the staff was extremely gentle and helpful, ensuring excellent cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Room cleanliness needs improvement, with reports of cockroaches and mosquitoes. Delay in lift repair was inconvenient.
